Three axis optical tracking test table is a kind of powerful instrument used to reproduce the flying posture of flying weapons in laboratory. The test table, together with equipment producing target, simulates the attacked target and flying missile, which can really simulate the various flying postures in space and dynamic characteristics. Thus, the performance of sensors, control system and actuator and so on can be tested and evaluated, which provides various reference bases for developing, improving and redesigning flying weapons. The rapidly enhancement of computer performance and development of virtual prototype simulation technology have provided necessary condition for the deeper research of dynamic simulation of three axis simulator table.ADAMS is the most authoritative and widely used simulation software in the world. This thesis simulates and analyzes a dynamic model of three axis table based on the combination simulation of ADAMS and MATLAB. The researches of this paper are very important and significative job to improve precision of servo-control system of three axis optical tracking test table even all type of electric simulator tables.This paper expounds the structure of simulator. The dynamic equation of simulator is presented to make use of theory analysis, and the simplified model of brushless direct current torque motor is established, and then the simplified equivalent transfer function is established. The controlled member differential equation of three axis simulator table is derived from the dynamic equation and equivalent transfer function, laying a foundation for further analysis and research.In allusion to the coupling influence to system accuracy, this paper brings forward using dynamic robust compensation based on decoupling control.
