Design Of Automatic Test Equipment For Some Weapon's Power Electric Chest

Aerial-weapon's power-supply system is an important part of the Aircraft electric power systems, whose function is to convert the primary electric power to types of power-supplies that can be used by numbers of equipments in aerial-weapon system. In assembled power-supply mode, a majority of equipments are supplied with power together by the power electric chest. The power electric chest supplies different kinds of AC and DC power, whose quality meet the needs of technic capability and insure that the aircraft can accomplish missions favourably in minitances.In order to evaluate the quality of the power electric chest correctly, this thesis analyzes numbers of domestic and international power-supply standards which can approximately be assort to two main classes: normal power-supply standards and military standards. The former present common requirements for designment and test of power-supply system, while the later present the performance indexes and testing methods of military power-supply system according to the particularity of it. This thesis compares the differences of these two kinds of standards, and summarizes several important features that can adequately reflect the quality of power-supply system by summing up and analyzing the contents of these standards. Also, this thesis brings forword reasonable testing methords according to the actual project.In this test system we assign the output signals of the power electric chest though a TUA (testing unit allocatee). The automatic test system is composed by an industrial computer, five PCI switch modules, a PCI Digital Multimeter and two load chests. In the software of the test system, the testing flows are established according to the needs of users and methods brought forword by standards analyzing.
