The SoftWare Development Of A Portable Vibration-Detecting Instrument Based On Windows CE

With the rapid development of embedded technology, analysis instruments developing towards portable structure, advanced capability, low price, simply operation, has nowadays greatly accelerated. At the time, the development of vibration-analyzing instrument has been increasingly appreciated, which supplies uniform program interface for programmer and has the advantages of short development period, powerful display and analysis function etc. Under the background of national 863 project development of intelligent instrument embedded software develop platform used for Status Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis of Large-scale Electromechanical Equipment (Task Number: 2004AAlZ2060),the design and development of a portable vibration-detecting instrument based on Windows CE is a audacious and useful try in this field.Combining MCU's superiority in affairs processing and simple development with Windows CE OS which has multitask processing ability and high stability, this paper presents a scheme of portable vibration-detecting instrument based on MSP430 and windows CE, which can realize data-acquisition and data-management, real-time status monitoring, etc. The instrument composed of Low-Level Computer and High-Level Computer has following characters: low consumed power, small size, simply operation, strong real-time ability and anti-jamming capability. It can be applied to diagnose large rotating machinery who require high security in badly condition. This paper takes charge of developing high-level software based on Windows CE by eMbedded Visual C + +4.0. The high-level software should fulfill the following tasks: receiving and analyzing data quickly , showing wave graph and storing the data-package to memory.There are six chapters in this paper:In chapter 1, the development of Status Monitoring &Fault Diagnosis technology and traditional vibration-detecting system both home and abroad is expounded, and traditional system's characteristic is also discussed. Then introduces the correlative knowledge of embedded system and emphasize embedded technology's advantage in data collecting and processing field. A scheme of portable system vibration-detecting that bases on the embedded operating system is presented.
