The rolling bearing is extremely widespread in industry application. Some of them are essential equipments in industry and manufacture. It is very important that research, develop and apply the monitor and analyze of the vibrations in reality. It not only ensures the overall machine running safely and effectively, but also avoids the economic loss and the disastrous accident. It is an important research on development of industry and technology today.The rapid development of science and technology has nowadays greatly promoted the growth of analysis instruments, specially the portable instrument with small size, high performance. Portable instruments are which are used in industrial environment to view and analysis real-time signals detected from running machines and provide operators with correlative information about the condition of the machines. And the key technologies of these instruments are operation system, chips, bus and interface technology.Based on hardware platform of MSP430,the advanced embedded computer ARM and the technology of Linux operation system, a portable instrument for rolling bearing measure was designed in this dissertation. The instrument is consisting of two parts. One is the Data Processing System based on S3C2410 CPU which can gather functions such as analyzing and data showing; another is the Data Acquainting System based on MSP420F169 CPU which has data collection function. They transmits data each other by SD bus. This dissertation emphasizes the hardware and software design of the Data Acquainting System, the creating and transplanting of Data Processing System. The analyzer design achieves prospective requirement by debugging and testing system.
