Study And Development Of The Ropeway Electrical System Using PILZ Safty PLC And Convertor ABB DCS500

The ropeway electrical system has occupied decisive position in ropeway system, its superior or inferior rank demonstrates the ropeway engineering level to a great extent. In a general way, the ropeway electrical system includes power supply system, main control system, dynamoelectric system, safety detecting system , broadcast and communication system as well as grounded and lightning protection system.Having taken hold of the latest new technique and method, I have made some trials in electric designing of the ropeway. I used the most late-model entire digital power converter ABB DCS500 in dynamoelectric system. One kind of Redundancy late-model safe programmable controller PILZ PSS3000 has been used in main control system. In safety detecting system, the distance memorizing of the rope and indicating of the cabin system has been designed mainly. At the same time, the filtering and compensating system, the broadcasting communication system as well as the grounded and lightning protection system suiting to ropeway have been discussed.In the dissertation, some have already made up into actual system, such as the filtering and compensating system, the distance memorizing of the rope and indicating of the cabin system and the broadcasting communication system. But others only have been made some theoretical discussion adopting new technique and method, such as PSS3000 main control system, DCS500 dynamoelectric system as well as the grounded and lightning protection system. But I believe these theory and practice will bring into effect in enhancing the engineering level in domestic ropeway, and driving the imported ropeway's localization reform.
