The earth dams are one of the most extensive buildings applied in the hydraulic engineering, but the seepage flow of the dam bodys is an important factor that the earth dams can work normally.According to some investigations and statistics that the earth dams are damaged and crashed, the damages ruined in seepage flows have the very big proportion , even amount to 45percent. It is thus clear that the seepage flows to the stability of earth dams have the serious harm. The thesis put forth effort in seepage flow of the earth dam and stability nalysis, making use of the the strong before-treatment and after-treatment procedures of the large-scale finite elements analysis software ANSYS analysed the seepage flows and stabilities. Expect to provide the dependable basis of design, construction and operation for the earth dams. The main contents of this thesis include:1. The seepage flow calculation of the earth dam. This thesis has the seepage flow of the earth dam calculated making use of the comparability of seepage fields and temperature fields and the caculation concerning temperature fields of software ANSYS. And makes sure that the free surface and exit position of seepage flows, and dynamicly catches the position of the saturation line. The saturation line is the line that the osmotic pressure P is equal to zero.2. The stability analysis of the earth dam. This is core part of the thesis. This analysis makes the calculation results(the osmotic pressure P) of 1 as an body force of this stage. Uses the nonlinear elastoplasticity Druker-Prager model provided by the software of ANSYS. Carried on the stress state analysis of the earth dam under the condition of checking flood level. And carried on finite elements analysis according to the strength decrease. And gives the safe coefficient of the earth dam under the...
