Hot water supply system is an important component of high-rise building. With the growth of the national economy and raise the people's standard of living, people have the urgent demand of improving technology in the hot water supply. However, the hot water supply, weaknesses of water supply and drainage in building, exist some problems also increasingly exposed. For example, due to improper selection of hot water supply systems, some problems aroes in the security and stability of hot water supply and those affect the comfort and safety of using hot water. Overall hot water system should be more efficient, automation, energy conservation, and so on, and enhancing the hot water supply system optimization design study is very necessary.This paper systematic exposit various patterns of the hot water supply systems in high-rise buildings. In these ways, as a result of their different installations and facilities, the merits and shortcomings are coexistence. Not only economic factors but also many uncertain factors affect the way of hot water supply. With their evaluation ambiguity, the application of fuzzy mathematics methods will be better actual results. The fuzzy synthesis judge theory and fuzzy program theory gives reliable, practical optimization methods.For fuzzy synthesis judge model, the judge factors assembly is determined on the basis of the overall impact of the options, and the percentage was achieved through the methods of expert rating, Furthermore fuzzy synthesis judge is programmed, which can facilitate the hot water supply optimal design. Using fuzzy program to optimize option is the combination of to be quantitative and qualitative analysis.And it is an objective description of subjective judgement.If apply it to high-rise buildings hot water supply options, it can integrate views of owners, designers and so on.through various communication and coordination, satisfactory water supply will be obtained.High-rise buildings have characteristics with more storeys, complex structures, limited land and affected by external conditions, thus the choice of sources of heat should be careful. The fuel and heat source of high-rise building hot water supply is introduced, and its economic and environmental pollution is detailed comparisons.
