With the continuous improvement in the quality of life and the maturation in the concept of integrated interior design, the decorate-industry is strengthened. After the integrating upsteam and downstream industrial resources, its industrialized development is in progress. Industrialization in this area is the base for integration and is the core of industrial development. Industrialization brings with design revolution, interior design is developping with the applications of advanced technology and the impacts from product design.This thesis closely centers on practices about some industrialization plans which are carried on by some ornament enterprises. It's a collection of the datums about industrialized home-ornament design system, and also is a system analysis of the system.Industrialized design system of residential decoration is a complex system, including decorate product systems, standard systems, modular design system, rapid reaction and design system. Standardization and decorate product are the foundation of industrialization design, rapid response system, based modular design is the key to get succeed production and product diversification, it's the core of the industrialized design system.Firstly, in order to getting decorate product, we need detailed division of labor, production is the base of specialization. according to the structure of residential decoration, the complex works will be divided into six systems: to restrict indoor space system, equipment and pipeline system, interface components decoration system, furniture and furnishings system, connecting and fixed project system, decoration materials and equipment system.At the same time, establish a standard system is a long process, size standardization is the core of the standardization for design and manufacture, which should establish the priority number. We mostly refer the furniture "32mm system" standards and construction module. Then, using modular design to develop new products. Module design is the key. On the one hand,we need more universal modules,on the other hand ,we request the modules can assemble more products which have different functions, performances, forms. So modular design is the kind which can softly and agilly respond to reqestion.
