| The article incorporates the survey design and the concrete construction request in construction of Long Jiabao airport, which is in Changchun City of Jilin Province. It introduced the project construction adopting such technological means of earth measurement of space such as Global Position System,etc. In this project construction, the precision which is controlling the network is designed, controlled to combine the modem measuring instrument, measure the technological theory and construct modernly, application study of some breakthrough ones in such respects as the outside surveying operates, data processing, etc. It is proved that practice is used through the construction in this project, method and theory that this subject studied have not only offered the effective means and way to solve problem for solving this task, but also put forward the new opinion of solving this kind of large-scale project construction and the new thinkings of compare the methods with other projects.
