| Along with the everlasting progress of human civilization and continuous expansion of industrial scale, there came forth varieties of wide span construction structures, but it seems to be more and more difficult for the old-fashioned steel bar concrete structures to meet the art demands of nowadays architects to those wide span construction structures. Steel pipe girder is a sort of new construction structure which not only can meet the requirements of wide span structure, but also can be applied to any kind of curved construction. At the same time, hydraulic synchronous elevating technique solved the setup problem of wide span girder. This article expatiated the girder hydraulic elevating technique and made a particular description of adjudgement office building roof steel structure construction entity elevating setup technique used in the move project of the first intermediate people's court of ChongQing city.Adjudgement office building roof steel structure construction used in the move project of the first intermediate people's court of ChongQing city is a kind of pipe girder, the joints are penetrational, and a single steel roof's length is 56 meters, the width is 41.7 meters, the max height is 11.6 meters and the weight is about 450 ton. This roof steel structure is supported by derrick frame girder and skirt building side bearing pillar, and the construction height is located in the range of +64.80 to +70.80 meters. The large equipment can't move into the building due to the height (23.1 m) of skirt building under the construction roof, so it was decided to put forth the entity elevating setup plan by the advantage of hydraulic jack on the building ridge and tinertoing on the roof of skirt building after a full comparison and analysis of several kinds of construction schemes..The author monitored the whole process of this project as a general contracting representative from construction company and helped select the construction scheme and carry into the lift and setup plan and control the construction progress. The construction scheme culling, hydraulic elevating hanging points configuration, synchronous elevating control plan, elevating platform reinforcement and strained analysis were involved in this article. |
