Study On The Quality Chain Model Of Project Acceptance And Its Application

In recent years,with the rapid development of C hina's economy,the number of construction projects more and more,more and more large-scale construction,the quality of the project requirements are getting higher and higher.The project acceptance as a comprehensive assessment of the quality of construction an important part of the high standards and key acceptance of the work,to improve the quality of construction is critical,is to improve the level of co nstruction of an important starting point.With the advance of the acceptance work,the quality of the project acceptance node is transferred and the quality of the project is gradually formed.In this paper,taking engineering acceptance as the starting point and combining with the idea of quality chain,this paper studies the quality status of the acceptance node in each acceptance stage from the view of the whole and continuous,analyzes the process of transferring the quality of the node with the acceptance and acceptance,and the acceptance criteria Scale,evaluation of the quality of the project to achieve the degree of analysis of the quality of the project to achieve the key factors,to guide the acceptance of work,improve the quality of the project has a certain practical significance.The main research results are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the research progress of quality chain theory and the current situation of project acceptance management,fully understands the status quo of quality ch ain theory and engineering acceptance research,and lays the foundation for the combination of quality chain and engineering acceptance management.(2)Analysis of the project acceptance procedures.By analyzing the contact process,the content of each acceptance work and the content of the adjacent acceptance work,this paper analyzes the quality status of the acceptance node corresponding to the acceptance stage and the process of transferring the quality state with the acceptance work.(3)The constitutive relation of engineering acceptance quality chain is established.With the acceptance work carried out,the acceptance of the activities of the force so that the quality of the state of the transfer,according to the definition of the acceptance of the qua lity of the project,and constitute the quality of the acceptance of the two basic elements of the analysis.(4)A model of engineering acceptance quality chain was established.According to the constitutive relation of the acceptance chain of the project acceptance quality,combined with the actual acceptance of the project,the concrete analysis describes the quality status of the acceptance node,the activity force and the effect of the activity force,and draws out the engineering quality chain system diagram.(5)The evaluation model of engineering acceptance quality chain is established.Acceptance quality chain evaluation is to evaluate the quality status of the acceptance,to track the quality of the acceptance process,to assess the quality of the qua lity of the situation and the quality of the follow-up quality of the impact of quality factors to achieve the results,the results can guide the acceptance work,improve quality Achievement status.A multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on acceptance quality chain is established and applied by examples.
