| This thesis takes Settings as a new point of view. It borrows the research method of architectural phenomenology, cultural anthropology, environmental psychology, etc. to analyze some problems about the formation and design of contemporary university academic buildings.This thesis bears the opinion that Settings is a kind of phenomenon formed by an interaction of society, custom, system, human behavior and mental state.Settings concretely includes the nonfixed-feature elements (role), fixed-feature elements (satge) and semifixed-feature elements (prop). The thesis based on these elements to analyze the Settings of university academic buildings thoroughly. Through the analysis, we inquire into the design method of the university academic buildings, that is how to design physical space to form good campus atmosphere.This thesis also agrees that Settings as a living phenomenon of human beings, is the true reflection of a person on society and custom, etc. These factors have an interactive relation. The good Settings can adapt to a new study method, so as to contribute to the reformation of university education and the representation of university spirit. It is a new angle of view for research on today's Chinese university education and the university construction.This thesis adopts the description way of novel to discuss the theme. It begins from the actual experience of nearby academic building's Settings as the "opening words" of the whole text, leading toward the key point-" Settings". Then it introduces the "Settings" into university academic buildings to analyze it adequately. After that, it analyzes the constitutes of the academic Settings, presenting the formation, organization and optimization strategy, and makes an actual case analysis. At last, it returns to this thesis' "opening words" to solve the problem, and complete the whole thesis. |
