In this thesis, the present-day status and characteristics of transformer station simulation and training system in our country are presented at first. Secondly, the 500kV transformer stations in Inner Mongolia Grid are investigated. Then based on the requirements of the operation and management persons, the overall design scheme of 500kV transformer station simulation and training system in Inner Mongolia Grid is put forward. The scheme, which is presented by the thesis, is been passed the examination of the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Corporation, and put into practice. In the design scheme, an integrative support plat of graph, modeling and database is adopted. Three dimensional dummy site technology, modularization frame method are used to simulate whole operation process of transformer station by real-time data, at the same time, long-distance training can be applied by the simulation and training system. By above measures the simulation and training system will be improved in fidelity, flexibility, extensibility, and will be maintained easy.
