Water resources carrying capacity,as one of the important natural resources capacities according to a nation or district's sustainable development, having a great effect on a nation or district's comprehensive development and its size, has drawn a lot of scholar's attention nowadays.Yueqing city zhejiang province is comparativelly economically developed, but its development is also gross insufficiency and supply-demand contradiction obvious.According to the shortage of control projects,it's facing the situation of water shortage and waste at the same time.with the fast development of industry,a series of environmental and ecological problems appears as groundwater over extraction, soil erosion, surface water pollution etc.According to the basic water resource system theory.with the support of grey system,one-dimensional linear regressive equation, combining forecasting, this atricle adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative, analyzes the fuzzy recognition model of water resources assessment. The content of this article includes the stat of Yueqing city's total amount of water resources, water quality, water supply and consumption amount; According to the water resources carrying capacity definition, confirms the calculation methods of water resources carrying capacity and indexes. It also predicts the development of Yueqing city's water resources and gives some suggestions to its water resources carrying capacity. Through our research, this article forecasts the future years' water requirement, vailable water resources, water resources carrying capacity and corresponding measures for Yueqing city, providing scientific evidences for local water resources department's reasonable water resources development activities.
