Study Of Effects Caused By Standard For Inland Navigation

Inland-river transportation has many merits: such as large transportation capacity, little power consumption, little pollution etc. So inland-river transportation has more and more positive actions for our country's trade and economic developing. In the same time, our country's construction of railway road and highway road is developing fast, There are mang bridges over our country's inland-river,and also ship's quantity in inland-river is increasing.In order to adapt these developing ,approaching-river buildings (such as pier) is also increasing. So,if there is no scientific "standards for inland navigation" to norm these actions, not only there must be much resources to be wasted,but also influences the safety of inland navigation.All these will restrict our country's economic developing.Although present "standards for inland navigation" has already produced many positive effects,there are much shortcoming being found by practicing worker from it was born. For example: The definition of width of navigation fairway is very vague, The standard of width of navigation fairway is too low,no define navigation width below bridge in bent river,some notion is unclear or mistaken. If all these shortcoming cannot been rectified or complemented .It will be not good to secure economics and to utilize fairway, and also it is difficult to utilize fairway resources and to ensure long developing of inland-navigation. This thesis tries to start from studying the effects caused by "standards for inland navigation" to analyse the shortcoming in the " standards " including dividing of fairway,counting width of fairway, standards of approaching-river buildings,The effects caused by the developing of future's shiptype.In these base ,this thesis probes methods to solve these problems for our country's " standards" becoming perfect and for our country's inland navigation .So it is very necessary to study the effects caused by "standards for inland navigation".,The direct source of this thesis is basis on the teacher's project .The thesis is selected by myself.
