This dissertation's study theme is analysis of vibration of the square-wave brushless DC motor and the design of high performance digital controller.This paper constructs FE 2D, 3D models of BLDCM in detail and analyzes the vibration mode and natural frequencies with the Finite Element Analysis software package, and studies the influence of the stator structure of poles, ribs and structure parameters. It is for the base of BLDCM vibration character in the design stage.Non-linear Modeling and Simulation about BLDCM are studied in SIMULINK. and POWER SYSTEM, which are very important for researching algorithms. At the basis of the theoretic analysis and simulation research this paper designs a TMS320LF2407A-cored BLDCM digital controller based on PI. After then, the results of the experiments are studied and analyzed.The research of this dissertation is positive significance for BLDCM vibration character and the design of speed system.
