Study On Traffic Information Service Pattern

With the economy development of our country, the contradiction sharpens even more between growing traffic demand and limited traffic service ability. Traffic information service is the effective measure that adjusts the space-time distribution of traffic flow and improves the road capacity, so traffic information service becomes more important in our country. The development of traffic information service has a lot of problem in our country, and wastes much financing, because the guidance of theory is not enough.The concept that the traffic information service pattern is put forward at first, and then, the concept which complements the traffic information service theory is analyzed particularly in this paper. Three management patterns of USA are introduced and the problems are put forward; the third department pattern of Japan is introduced and the success experience is summarized. The paper sets up the indexes system of the traffic information service pattern and the valuation model of faintness synthesizes, the result is validated through example.By economics theory, the optimizing design of the traffic information service pattern is realized. The first characteristic of the design is that government, third department, popular organization and consumer fix position definitely, the second is that information chain, fund chain and industry chain work fluently.
