The Improve Of Domestic Radio Traffic Information Service System At This Stage

At the present stage of China's broadcasting traffic information service system is the most widely used traffic information service, with low-cost, timeliness, and high rate of listening. But, voice traffic information released by traditional traffic radio is easily overlooked, difficult to preserve and poor selectivity, but also not intuitive enough. Traffic Radio does not change in the existing strengths of the premise, to make up for its shortcomings; make it services transport better under conditions existing in our country has a certain practical significance.In this paper, the main contents of the study include the research of advanced traffic information service systems, traffic guidance systems, analysis of radio traffic released the rules and characteristics of information, according to the characteristics of radio traffic information services to improve radio traffic information service system model. Information source of the systems is the voice information of traffic radio. Operator obtains the latest road traffic information from the voice information, using traffic information editing process, translating the voice information into code information. Receiving terminal through the wireless technology download the code file from the specify server, displayed on the electronic vector map, to provide users with the current road traffic graphics information. As compared to similar systems, the improved system described in this paper, transmission of a very small amount of data encoded file. The key technologies are design and development of cell phone interface map system and traffic information editor program.In this paper, the main research results and technological innovation are:1. The improved system model enriches the service way of traffic information. Using digital map technology, traffic radio can not only release the voice forms of traffic information, but also be able to release information in the form of graphics , making the traffic radio can "listen" and "see."2. Propose a digital map system which is suitable for traffic information publishing. Ordinary digital maps are primarily for vehicle navigation services, and traffic information service is different from the navigation service. In general the navigation maps are not suitable for releasing traffic information. In this paper, analysis focused the characteristics of on the use of digital maps to release traffic information. Propose a map system which is suitable for traffic information released.3. Low communication costs. Compared with other similar systems, the needed to transmit encoding document which contained traffic information which is very small (approximately 0.1K bytes). The amount of data is only one-tenth of other similar systems to one percent, communication cost is relatively small.
