Power Quality Online Synthetic Evaluation Based On LabVIEW

Different power consumers have different demands for power quality which would have great influence on the electric price in the power market. Evaluating the power quality is useful to decide the electric price according to the quality. Therefore it is useful to evaluate the power quality scientifically. Combining extenics and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a new method for evaluating on power quality is presented. Firstly,relation-matrix is figured out by quantitative analysis using the matter-element and relation-function in extenics. Then the target weights are figured out by the method of AHP. Final quantitative grade of the power quality is determined by synthetical evaluation based on extenics. At last, power quality synthetical evaluation system based on Internet is developed in the LabVIEW environment. The results of experiment show that this system can effectively synthetically evaluate power quality.
