The paper focus on waterscape evaluation, from the perspective of landscape, society, ecology and economy four economic factors, we build the waterscape design and renovation of the evaluation system, with examples, we make the evaluation factor of waterscape factorization. From the evaluation factor, we formed the waterscape design and the transformation of the theoretical framework. And we try to provide theoretical references to waterscape design and renovation, guide the further development of waterscape dialectically.
