With the globalization of the market and the manufacture, the motorcycle industry of our country has been confronted with rigorous challenges on account of the insufficient competence of the independence innovation and development and the low-level technology. The vibration caused by motorcycle engine is a great obstacle of motorcycle enterprise development, and the solution of the problem is urgent, the higher demand for motorcycle's riding comfort and smooth-going characteristic is put forward. With correlative software, Virtual Prototype build 3D model and mechanics model of mechanical system, carry on dynamics simulating analysis, predict and optimize the system dynamics performance in the course of studying. The improvement of product properties, construction period and expense reduction are achieved. At present, in the motorcycle of our country's medium and small arranging amount, the engine connects with rigidity of the frame. The high frequency vibration forms of motorcycle show as the motorcycle's whole vibration under the engine's drive. The topple moment and the surge of gas become the main factors of vibration, so studying the elasticity connecting between the engine and frame become very important in practice.Based on multi-body dynamics and vibration theory, the thesis builds integrated multi-body dynamics and finite element model of motorcycle engine mounting system for high-frequency vibration in combination with the software ADAMS and PATRAN/NASTRAN. As the goal is to improve motorcycle comfort, the engine mounting system parameter is optimized for guiding the solution of T200 motorcycle vibration problem. The dynamics model is proved correct after the comparison between simulation and test result. The thesis proves the feasibility of the virtual prototype of engine mounting. This prototype can be used to analyze the system vibration-isolating performance and provide reliable evidence for the mounting design or improvement. In addition, the thesis has important theoretical meaning and project practical value for motorcycle enterprise to solve vibration problem of large flow motorcycle.
