Study On The Cab Of Large Bus In Ergonomics In The Basis Of CATIA

Regarding the fatigue of the driver as a starting point, this paper deeply studies on thelayout of a cab which induced driver fatigue on large bus. This thesis comes from a realproject in a company, called the layout of a cab in ergonomics on large bus. The layout ismeaningful and has much to driving safety. The main contents in this paper are as follows:1. Basing on the GB, referencing standards and the design theory of SAE, this papermakes systematic introduction to the tools in the process of laying the cab inergonomics.2. This paper establishes chinese human model document according to GB10000-88and introduce the document into CATIA to build human model.3. This paper generates3-dimension cab model of large bus in the general shape design(GSD) and part design in the CATIA in the reference of GB and SAE.4. It establishes hierarchical chart about evaluation factors, and then the design factorsof the cab are graded using semantic differential method as a guide. After building amatrix of design factors, it is time to determine weight allocation for each factor withthe method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In order to get accurate results, it isbetter to do consistency check.5. An evaluation system on cab is developed in the base of Visual c plus plus. Enteringrelevant parameters into the system, the evaluation result is showed.6. Import the finished human model into CATIA to analysis the rationality of the cab, asvision check and envelop.The purpose of developing the evaluation system is to analysis and modify cab model inthe stage of cab design. It is helpful to shorten development process and minimizedevelopment cost. The evaluation result is0.85799and it is up to the requirements.Evaluation system provides new ideas for future study on rational design of human-computerinterface.
