with the population increased and, the development of chronic disease, more and more people want to know their health. But traditional medical instruments is too Unwieldy and specialized to fits people's demand. So all this impelled technical development; the miniaturization and intellectualization medical instrument system are rapidly founded .Based on above background, our group aims at developing a set of mobile wireless monitoring network of physiological parameters. The main system includes equipments, network communications technology and the diagnosis system. My article takes on the research of communication techniques for wireless monitor network. Analyze the wireless network communication and the actual condition, the network scheme, the data communications technology scheme and the data transmission protocol are proposed . on this basic, the system has set up a complete wireless monitoring network, established the TCP, UDP and concurrency data communication service platform, realized the data of the ECG, pulse, blood pressure and temperature wireless transmission, multi- access of monitored instrument. For improve the system function, based on the wireless network correspondence ,the human body physiology parameter wireless monitor network system information service, the system management, the data storage technology are presented. The system designs and realizes the B/S structure system for service and management platform, also has disposed the comprehensive database. Finally, based on these research through to the system test, has confirmed the system utility, criterion and give the advice to next research.This thesis includes six chapters and it introduces the communication techniques for physiological parameters wireless monitor network in detail.Chapter 1 is the introduction. Firstly, introduces the system of physiological parameters wireless monitor network base on noninvasive monitoring. Secondly, it introduces the correlation hotpot technology. Analyze the development of domestic and overseas research, finally give the content and meaning of the paper.Chapter 2 introduced the human body physiology parameter wireless monitor network system system design plan. First introduce the monitor system and present the collectivity design scenario on several aspects ,including the system analysis, the system structure, the function modules division, the development network and communication process .Chapter 3 introduce the design and the realization of wireless communication network system. Firstly, contrasted and analyzed the wireless network structure, give the advantageous of GPRS technology and details Finally realize the client system and communications server of communication system.Chapter 4 introduces the design and realization of the served and manages platform .First introduced the system database realization technology, the data structure and the database. Then give the design plan of serves and manages the platform. Finally, introduced the served and manages the platform included the visitor browser platform, the user-service platform, the medical personnel-manipulatiion platform and the system management platform .Chapter 5 introduction system test .Mainly include the communications system test, the service and the management system management system test. And give the test data and experiment conclusionChapter 6 is the conclusion of this paper, summarizes the research and look forward to the future work.
