The short-leg shear wall structure system has been extensively applied as one kind of high-rise construction structure systems in recent year, which has advantages of the shear wall and the frame structure. This kind of new structure system not only could cause the building to obtain the better economic efficiency and the function effect, but also could beneficial to the realization energy conservation target. These features enable this structure system at present to obtain broadly application prospect in the national non-seismic area. However, at present the calculation method and mechanics analysis model which uses to the short-leg shear wall structure are short of the perfected theoretical analysis research. So,we should pay attention to the problem.In view of mechanics analysis model diversity and model uncertainty at present to analyze the short-leg shear wall structure, update now it does not have one kind of model obtain the commonly accepted in engineering and use into solve the actual problem computation precision also insufficient ideal. Through the consult present literature material, the author discovered this work of summarizes to the multitudinous short-leg shear wall mechanics analysis model induction and carries on the system comparison to study very few some people to do, at present also still was the blank. Therefore, this article original takes the short-leg shear wall structure different mechanics analysis model research as a topic and wants to make up the academic blank. Simultaneously, the article aims to put forward to one kind reasonable mechanics analysis model in the comparison which can satisfy the engineering calculation precision request.This article carries on the induction to the short-leg shear wall structure different mechanics analysis model to summarize, based on the foundation of making a summary of home and abroad correlation document, more importantly contrasts the research to discover various models the advantages and disadvantages. Simultaneously, to the existence questions the article attempts to propose own revision solution mentality and carries on the discussion of the wall element theory application in the short-leg shear wall. The research objection of this article is the short-leg shear wall this new structure system which at present medium high-rise building frequently uses by our country. Moreover, theory of new short-leg shear wall structure mechanics model research is performed.
