The Research Of Temperature Error Correction Technology For PCMM

The topic is a part of the design, which is the cooperation project with Wholsen Holdings Ltd. Canada, named Design of PCMM. For PCMM, in addition to the major mechanical components, the temperature error correction is also an important part of completing the PCMM.The paper introduces foreign mainstream PCMM nowadays, and introduces the principles and components of the PCMM. Besides these, it gives a design of the temperature data acquisition project for the PCMM, MAX1402 is the major element and MCU is utilized to transmit the collection data, then the effect of temperature error on the measurement precision of each measurement mechanism is analyzed, and using proper methods to correct it.The design of hardware circuit of the temperature error correction and the programming design of software and the method of temperature error correction are mainly introduced in this paper, which focus on the hardware design and software of temperature data acquisition, and on the data transmission design with MCU. In interface aspects, the interface between PC and MCU are introduced.After initial debugging, it is proved that the hardware circuit, used in cord measurement machines, can operate normally, and that the hardware circuit can reach the requirements of temperature sensor data acquisition. With the proper error correction technology, the measurement precision has been improved.
