10KV power substations microcomputer protection system implemented in this paper is a control system of distribution microcomputer which assembles control, protection, measurement and state analysis as a whole. Comparing with traditional control systems which comprise meter frame, control platform, and central signal display screen, this system is a advanced microcomputer protection system, which is mainly to embedded operation systemμC/OS-II and normalization, modularization, network and function through functions being combined.During the process of the whole implemention, this paper analyze the kernel struct of theμC/OS-II, multitask scheduling and priority allocation in detail at first. Then we do a great number of jobs in the choosing of hardwares for the real-tiem assurance need of the system. Finally, in the facet of the fast-trip, in the view of the current distributed microcomputer protection systems lack of communication among protection units, and the set of latency and delimitation relies on experience and theoretical analysis, which will result in the simultaneous tripping operation of feedback and power, bus bar exist still, and even the tripping operation of power is executed before the tripping operation of feedback. So this paper proposed a new strategy: Selective Fast-trip Strategy (SFS). At the same time, two important technologies of SFS are provided, which are rapid accurate protection algorithm and stable efficient communication design.Considering the 10KV power substation microcomputer protection system, this paper do deeply research for microcomputer protection system which based onμC/OS-II, and propose some practicable methods and technologies, which will give some adavantages to the performance of the power substation, the development of control system and embeded system.
