Research And Application On Workshop Control Architecture And Information-Integrated

The requests of networked workshop numerical control equipment are more and more urgent with the development of computer network and communication technology. In the process of manufacturing, it's obviously that the manufacturing pattern of traditional numerical control isn't able to satisfy demands of rapidly changeful market of various styles and small batches. It sets up the DNC information-integrated system of different NC machine tool network, adopting the network technology and agent technology.It proposed the model and method in managing the numerical control manufacturing information data and puts up informationized DNC management platform of STAR network which communicates data with powerful client end program, showing the G code of the numerical processing, emulating and editing, transferring document data, information processing management and control etc. All these make the realization of DNC control and form the network system of workshop.Deep research has been done basing the established structure of the whole system and the key technology of the production control. They are mainly including the Agent mode research of the information-integration and the research of the system integration technology and Agent to realize the equipment integration control.Finally, the paper established the information system prototype on the basis of DNC. The system simplifies the management level of the workshop and speed up the information transfer and improves the application rate of NC machine tool, achieving the gathering of the whole process from the product design to the manufacturing and meets the needs of the agility of the workshop.
