Design And Analyse Of Safety Detection And Diagnosis System On Electric Power Passenger Train With Air Condition

Power car is power centre of the air-conditioned passenger train. The train is closed, and its air-conditioner, lighting, broadcast, electric cooker and so on depend on the well working of the power car. In present, some fault occurred sometimes on the power car, it made some serious effects. And present check-up work is done manually, the records' veracity, facticity can not be ensure. So the research of the power car security detecting and diagnostic system is present. The system record the relative run-time data, and make a real-time diagnosis, analysis, display and alarm. These data will be the serve for the working status administration and for the examining and repair work..This document analyzed all the requirements of the power car. And research, design and realized the diagnostic system. The system is composed of car system and ground system. And the car system is composed of one host computer and several detecting modules. The main detecting module is based on 196 single chip processor. These modules collectall the electric parameters, public parameters and switch parameters, communicate with host computer over RS-485 bus. The host computer is based on SBC, WinCE embedded system and .NET. It is responsible for data transmission, recording, analyzing, display, electric report, alarm and so on. The host computer communicate with ground system by wireless net(GPRS). The ground system is based on Windows server, use the technology of large scale database system and electric map, and it is responsible for data collecting, storage and analyzing. At the end of the document, the experiment result analysis and security analysis is given.This system is based on the embedded system, it's a real-time system and has a high stability, and it has many obvious advantages than the other existing system inland.
