Computerized interlocking-control system combinates the computer technology and the centralized interlocking hardware to achieve the train route and the shunting route, as one of important and basic railway signal equipments, it relates the train safety. So when we research the equipment ,it is necessary to consider the system reliability and safety.About the research of railway equipments' reliability and safety, there are some interrelated standards. This paper reference the European standard EN50126, and Traffic Information Engineering&Control graduate school of Southwest Jiaotong University developed the microcomputer interlocking system SWJTU-2, use the system as the example, and uses reliability engineering theory and method to analyse reliability and safty of microcomputer interlocking device concretely.1 According the vary task that the system has to been done to finish the related mission profile, and give the correlative subsystem reliability block diagram, and carry on the quantitative analysis ;2 About reliability data of devices, bring up the way to solve the problem by using statistics, strive for the most similar reliability data;3 By analyzing the system , set up the correlative fault tree, and calculate the reliability correlation parameter, provide the rationale for equipment maintenance, then give the fault mode, effect and criticalty analysis, find out the key device and the weakness4 Using the random process, analyse the most important redundancy stand-by structure, give the Markov analysis, and calculate the parameter about the reliability, safety and failure safe.5 For Chinese railway, human is the first, the paper analyse the human reliability.By the analyse of the paper, bring up some methods to improve it and some measures to safeguard the reliability.
