The major LA is the one that plays an important role in social responsibility and is of hearty market demand. As the new century coming, the LA education in China has made a great progress, enlarged its school scale and enhanced its education level. Even with the developing coherence with the international major, compared to the majors in the field of construction reconnaissance design which have already built the profession qualification enrollment system and carried the corresponding major educational Accreditation system into execution, there is no unified qualification standard of person training in LA education, which has become the obstacle in the advanced development of LA education and the standardization of design market that uses the profession qualification enrollment system.This thesis analyzes the primary contradiction in present LA education and puts the basic ideas forward that build the professional education Accreditation system, on the basis of comparing it to the present and future of LA education both in and abroad.Based on the comparison study of in and abroad professional education Accreditation and profession in construction field including LA, the thesis sums up the interaction relationship between the LA education, profession qualification enrollment system and professional Accreditation system.The thesis makes a comparison analysis of LA education experience in and abroad, and does the research of LA education, profession qualification enrollment system and professional Accreditation system with the objects that are the individuals and units in the field of LA.According to the analyzed summing-up that the interaction among LA education, profession qualification enrollment system and professional Accreditation system, and the understanding of the LA education mission in China, the thesis made an advanced comparison analysis of LA education basic course system design. Finally these attempts lead to the results: suggestion of education quality controlling standard instauration which is the core of profession education Accreditation, the attempts to establish LA education Accreditation system rules, the assumption that this system would be connected to the future LA profession qualification enrollment system.
