With the development of the globalization of education,the demand for high-quality talents in domestic and abroad markets is increasing,thereby consistently promoting various types of education reforms in various countries and regions.China's engineering education has made a tremendous progress in the development,which not only trained a large number of talents for China's economic construction and development,but also provided a strong guarantee for the quality of China's engineering professional education.But we should also recognize that nothing is immutable,everything is in a state of constant movement,change and development.Chinese engineering education itself is also a dynamic developed process.Therefore,Chinese engineering education certification system will also expose some problems during the process.The only way to improve the national core competitiveness and the quality assurance mechanism of higher education is to perfect the engineering education accreditation system.At the same time,China's teacher professional certification system is still a new thing,and the system should be strengthened in terms of the subject,standard,procedure,and conclusion-using.First of all,by collecting and reading domestic and foreign literature on engineering education accreditation and pre-service teacher education certification,this paper distinguish confused concepts and analyzes the system's research progress about the accreditation subject,standard,procedure and so on between engineering education and pre-service teacher education to explores the development history of engineering specialty certification and its main impact and the background of pre-service teacher professional certification.And then,this paper compare and analyze the similarities and differences between the certification organizations,standards,procedures,certified universities(specialties)and the accreditation conclusions' usage about the two systems,which found that the engineering accreditation system exists some problems,such as the insufficient expert team,the uneven regional distribution of accredited universities(specialties),and lower attention to universities(professionals)with weak foundations,while teacher's professional accreditation system has problems,such as the single certification organization controlled by administration,the insufficient flexibility and maneuverability of certification standards,the deficiency standardization of certification procedure,and the inadequate reliability of the use of certification conclusions.At last,its clarified that it is necessary to expand the team of certification experts,take preferential policy measures to areas,which has weak education foundation,use targeted publicity methods for different types of colleges,and promote the establishment of three-level accreditation system to improve the engineering education accreditation system.In terms of establishing a pre-service teacher education certification system with Chinese characteristics,the government should support to establish a third-party accreditation body,emphasis the combination of commonality and individuality of certification standards,standardize certification procedures and steps strictly,and focus on the reliability and feasibility of the usage about certification conclusions.
