The dynamic characteristic of the ship door system with large scale is researched based on the multi-bodies theory. The ship door system with large scale is a complicated multi-bodies system. This system has the feature of large mass, big inertia and poor acceleration. However the opening speed of the door directly influences the sensitivity of the whole system. The aim of the research on dynamic characteristic of the ship door system is to acquire the dynamic performance. Thus the stability and accuracy of the door system are improved. The dissertation takes the virtual prototype technology into the research. The following work is completed:1. The physical characteristics of the system are described. The 3D model which is established by SolidWorks has the same performance with the prototype in figuration measurement and physical characteristics;2. The door structure has analyzed by ANSYS. The distortion and the stress of different angles have been researched in order to testify the rationality of the door structure;3. In the static reference frame, the collision and touching restriction are brought into the model to be rationalized. The dynamic process of opening the door system in static reference frame has been calculated and the towing speed has been optimized;4. The simulation platform of the ship has been created. Through redefining the topology structure, connecting relationship, load, physical characteristics and the calculating method, the dynamic process has been simulated and the vibrating of the system has been analyzed. The dissertation researches the dynamic characteristics of the ship door system with large scale, calculates and chooses the dynamic parameters. Thus, the formula and method are provided for the project. All the work above establishes the basis for the future design and research.
