| This article, through the analysis of questionnaire survey and data of aged residential condition, delineates the main problems of agedness residence, the hope of agedness for their future residence model and demand as well in the city zone of Kunming. On the basis of mentioned analysis and shortage of present agedness residence model, it foresees developing tendency of future agedness residence model, namely, model of diversified community old-age care. And finally it constructs this model theoretically and proof practically further.This model consists of three parts, that is to say, residence entity, residence environment and old-age support system. On the analysis of these three parts, here come some specific problems and solution, which, to some extent, will provide a theoretical andsolvable support for future agedness residence in Kunming.The article is divided into three parts:The first part, namely, the first and second chapter, gives a brief introduction on old-age population and residence, and then focuses the attention to old-age residence model of Kunming with cut-in point of present old-age residential condition. It elucidates the realistic significance of research when putting forward to questions.The second part, namely, the third and fourth part, demonstrates present residence condition, residence satisfaction and existing problems via the fieldwork of present old-age residential condition of Kunming. After listening to old-age residential demand, especially the psychological demand, it analyses advantages and disadvantages of present old-age residential models, then foresees developing tendency of future agedness residence model.The third part, on the basis of analysis of the second part, argues that residential model of diversified community old-age care will be the main stream of old-age residential model. Therefore, the fifth and sixth part mainly constructs this model theoretically and proof practically. |
