Discussion And Realization On Ecological City And Ecological Design Of The New Urban District

As human society has entered into the 21st century, city as the main type of living environment also have acquired great development. The population in the urban area account for 50 percent of the world's population which create as high as 90 percent of the GDP, whereas the aiding resources it consumed also account for 90 percent. While it brings civilization and improvement to the human society, it also brings a series of problems due to highly condensed material energy, crowded of human activities, fierce environmental change and fragility of the ecology. The ecological construction of the city has become urgently, it has already become the hot point. Construction of new urban districts in our country prompts the city's development,but in this process a series of sub-questions for study about the new urban district ecological design are raised, such as how to form the urban characteristics and how to understand the specialties of "form" in the urban ecological design of new urban district. All of these not only influence the growth of new urban district greatly, but also change and extend the exiting methods and principles of urban design. By means of full investigating and researching, based on the theories about ecological city and urban ecological design, this dissertation probe gradually into the urban ecological design of new urban district from viewpoint of people's cognition layer. Combined with the urban ecological design of the new urban districts in the east of Zheng Zhou, a design method named" continuous development of the urban ecological design method" is tried to build up and interrelated strategies about urban ecological design in new urban districts are raised.
