Direct Torque Control (DTC) is one kind of the high-performance exchange frequency AC conversion speed regulation technology after vector control. The thesis is studied on dynamic performance, robustness, no sensor, digital control of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) DTC, it has higher theory significance and the prospect applying. The main working of the thesis is as follows:It has analysed DTC of PMSM principle, discussed the function of module and the way to realize control of DTC on PMSM, has built the control system of traditional DTC of PMSM, and built the model and simulate entire system basing the model of PMSM using Matlab/Simulink. Simulated result has verified control theory feasibility of DTC.In view of PI adjuster deficiency, the Sliding Model Control (SMC) theory has studied. Go deep into the cause of creation oscillation has studied. Changing the switched function of speed controller to continuation function is suggested. The experiment demonstrates the obvious diminution of oscillation. several kinds of different laws of the SMC have analysed ,and the best SMC controller was founded. the control of accuracy and Time of Rising and so on have realized wide rise.For overcoming the defect of using machinery sensor brought speed regulation, applying Popov hyperstability theory, simulation was finished Using Model Reference Adaptive System (MRAS). Simulation displayed control effect is quite ideal.In order to solve the problem that too long control time enlarges torque ripple during the Bang-Bang control in DTC, it is designed the high speed two processor controls circuit all by myself in this thesis. the two DSP control system utilizes the advantage and speciality of TMS320F2812 and TMS320VC33 chip, harmonizes the job between the two, shorts the control period greatly, improves the function controlling the platform entirety, and decreased the torque ripple obviously.
