Germany is the pioneer to research the maglev system technology. The maximum speed 436Km/h had been reached by German maglev train on Emsland Test Line in 1989. Japan is the second country to research the maglev system technology. In Dec., 1997, the highest speed 550Km/h had been created by Japanese maglev train on Shanli Test Line. In Dec., 31th, 2002, in Shanghai, the first commercial operation line in the world was ready for operation.Maglev system technology has kept an ahead status in the ground transportation field. But maglev technology and its training are only in the beginning inland. It's insufficient for training evaluation system in maglev training aspect. Naturally, trainer evaluation system which supports trainer appraisement is also insufficient. Standardization is lacking for trainers'evaluation too .The inconsistency between advanced technology and laggard training ask us press on with studying the problem of maglev training appraisement, exploring a set of training appraisement system and instruction method. The quality of training depends on the trainer's qualification mainly. But it's not easy to quantify the evaluation of trainer's qualification. Normally, only subjective experience is considered rather than objective factor. Therefore, a systematic and quantitative evaluation method need to be built urgently.Based on the previous study, construction and operation of Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Operation Line, this thesis studied the problem of trainers'evaluation by considering the experience of previous maglev work and training. The main objective is to explore a set of efficient method for trainers'evaluation.This thesis has analyzed the individual key factor of maglev trainer evaluation from qualitative and quantitative points of view. Introduce the principle of Analytic Network Proces(sANP), evaluate the maglev trainer and form a set of method by Analytic Network Process(ANP), implement the calculation process of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Super Decisions software, calculate each factor's proportion of trainer and sort order.The main research approach is to establish an evaluation model base on ANP (Step down hiberarchy & net construction, ANP super decision matrix, integrating between natural determine and quantitive determine), in order to ensure the objective and veracity of evaluation.This thesis has calculated and analyzed the evaluation factor of maglev trainer, formed a set of effective evaluation method, implement the simulating evaluation and comparation for the samples. It possess realistic meaning for the construction of maglev training system and trainer evaluation system as well as possess instructional meaning for the advance of maglev training work.
