| Along with establishment of more and more new local enterprises and numerous international companies entered China, as a fork of construction machinery, roller industry is like other machines, market competitions is fierce increasingly. with the advancing of standard of living, customers have higher requires on construction machinery shape and security and comfortable of work station. Which request enterprises must enhance machines, functional continually, and must consider shape design of machines at the same time. However, the design theoretics and method of most local enterprises are rest on experience design, imitation design and follow design stage. it make long designing period, low efficiency and complicated designing flow. it's hard to meet multi-requirements and individuation market requirements. Otherwise, it's conflict with humanistic design theory.The study bring forward a new designing thinking base on this industry status, making the example of the YZ18 cab. first, making use of flesh dimension data information, setting up three dimension body model in allusion to domestic client; then, confirming the best handling position of driver, confirming comfort room in the cab and the position of all controlling equipment based on the way of ergonomics; and then, making the cab model used of UG, based on the parameter of inside disposal; at last, analyzing the frame of the cab used the UG, ameliorating the first project based on the result of analysis and establishing the final product model.The design merit of the study putting forward is following: It makes the hominine factor as start of designing and emphases of confiding, importing the UG into the designing and analyzing of the CAB. It improves accuracy pertinence and dependability of designing, shorting designing period, reducing the cost adding because of design misplay, at the same time, convenient realizing the fast renewed of design project because of using the parameter designing of UG.
