Study On The Present Condition And Variety Regulation Of Binzhou Water Environment

The water resources of binzhou is scare.The possession of water resources per head is only equivalent to 13.8% of the national horizon per head and equivalent to 76.8% of the province horizon per head. Along with the society economic quick development and people life horizontal increases continuously, the people 's need of water quantity and quality increases continuously. The short of water quantity and serious pollution of water environmental have become the importance factors that affect social economy development , also become important problem of water environment management face. It have new situation and new request for the environmental protection of water in the new period. So it is very necessary that analysis the present condition and variety regulation of water environment and put forward counterplans of management .that also have important realistic meaning and profound history meaning for the sustainable use of water resources and the sustainable development of society and economic .According to above purpose, this article uses the Long-term hydrology data of binzhou, inquiring into,collects,analyzing the basic data of hydrology,weather,Geology.we research water quantity and water quality character and the ability of accepting pollutant scientifically .we analysis the the present condition and variety regulation of water environment deeply . And aim at the key problem exsited in the environment of water, we put forward a series of counterplans of engineering and manage based on the analysis.
