Because It is cold in the winter in the north of our country, the heating is the important way towarm. Along with the standard of people's life advances, the heating system has becomeDistributed Control System (DCS) of district from the heating system of single family. So peoplepay more and more attention how to establish a set of Boiler's Hearting and Energy-SavingControl System. As the control,computer and internet technology develops rapidly, It providesgreat possibility to improve the technology of Boiler Hearting and Energy-Saving Control System.The research and amelioration of Boiler Hearting and Energy-Saving Control System has theimportant meaning to improving efficiency,controlling quality,reforming condition and savingenergy.This article set a Heating and Energy-Saving Control System of Intelligentized District,discussed the present situation of industry computer, analyzed the technic and flow of boiler'sheating, used configuration software－TianGong, basing on the factual circs. The systemcontraposes disadvantage that the upper machine of traditional system's responding time is toolong, the window is too single, The upper machine adopted industry computer of YanHua andconfiguration software－TianGong. The nether machine adopted the expert boiler module-PLM.During the process of the design, system is detached four parts: safe module,data-collectingmodule,controlling module and helping module. Based on the design demand of system's module,do as follows: configurating users,equipments and windows, formatting database, compilingprogramming of the upper and nether machine. The design of ADAM4520 realize the conversionof RS-232 to RS-485.Besides, improving the controlling method of boiler, realize two controllingmodule: automatic and manual. The system has been set and test, It can collect data in real-time,and do the diverse boiler's controlling as the diverse area and diverse time.The system has some specialties as follows: save electricity, save energy, low expenses .Stat,the amount of energy consumed falls from 470t to 250t. The fee declines 40~50%, from about900 thousand yuan to about 500 thousand yuan; provide heating by district, controltemperature optionally;intuitionistic control window,low labour intension;better expansion andbetter maintenance. It saves energy and reduces cost.The system runs stably in the scene, realize the auto control of boiler heating system.
