| Existing measure equipment of temperature of high-voltage switchgear based on expensive sensor such as IR sensor or fiber bragg grating Sensor is faced on increasingly difficulty when being installed in switchgear with more and more complex structure. For limitation of the principle and the manner, this equipment can only obtain temperature data of the electrical polar but can't analyze the temperature distribution in switchgear. As a result, the exact prediction of over-heat can't be provided. In this paper, a newly online monitoring and diagnosis system of high-voltage switchgear is described. The temperature field is obtain by digital temperature sensors display, and the latitude and longitude comparison is made by association of running data obtained by SCADA and history data from database. The state diagnosis and the fault alarm is acquired on base of online monitoring. Practical running manifest the accuracy and feasibleness of synthetic estimation of high-voltage made by this system.
