The calculation and assessment of railway passing capacity is one of the important tasks of the railway transport organization.The acceleration of high-speed railway network makes it increasingly important in the passenger transportation market.With the increase of railway networks and the operation of numerous over-the-line trains,the pressure on high-speed railway transportation continues to increase.The commonly used deduction coefficient method and the average minimum train interval time method show that the environment of calculating passing capacity on high-speed railway is quite different from normal railway.These commonly used method cannot accurately reflect the passing capacity of high-speed railway.In addition,these commonly used methods are designed to calculate the maximum passing capacity and ignore the high demand for the transportation quality of the high-speed railway,which requires more appropriate calculation methods to guide the high-speed railway operation.On the basis of summarizing relevant definitions,this thesis makes a definition of highspeed railway passing capacity,and analyzes the influence of various factors on the railway passing capacity.The commonly used calculation methods for high-speed railway passing capacity are introduced,and focuses on the most widely used deducting coefficient method and average minimum train interval time method used in high-speed railway passing capacity calculation.Summarize and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the above methods and their applicable scenarios and characteristics.The value of the passing capacity is closely related to the technical equipment application and the quality of passenger transport organization.Therefore,this thesis defines the concept of high-speed railway available passing capacity and makes a qualitative analysis a variety of adaptation scenes.In the deducting coefficient method and the average minimum train interval time method fusion,and special considering the occupancy of train stops and overtaking on passing capacity,put forward a calculation method for the high-speed railway available passing capacity.And the above methods combined with the different scenarios of the available passing capacity to further analyze and determine.Finally,this thesis selects the passenger flow section upward direction of the BeijingGuangzhou high-speed railway between Guangzhounan Railway Station and Changshanan Railway Station,and uses the data of the train operation diagram of 2017 as an example for calculation.The calculation results match the actual situation of the operation diagram,which verify the feasibility of the calculation method for calculating available passing capacity.
