Laying plastic service pipe and drainpipe by using of trenchless technology is a new pipeline construction way developing with the generalization of plastic pipe and trenchless technology. Because of the novelty of pipeline material and innovation of construction method, the traditional design method of pipeline structural design is oppugned. So seeking for an effective design means should be very meaningful.The important operating characteristic of buried plastic pipe is the pipeline-soil interaction, which is different from the plastic pipe placed in the open air and the rigid pipe. The surrounding soil of pipeline not only offers the active force, but also restricts the distortion of pipeline. So the statically indeterminate structure should be considered for the design of buried plastic pipe. Different from the dig construction, the trenchless technology should take account of the initial geo-stress, which is a significant condition. The premise to get the reliable result is to confirm the release of the initial earth stress among different construction phrases truly.ANSYS is a great current finite element software, which is used in bridge, dam, tunnel engineering and so on. It can be used to analysis force, deformation, stability and various dynamical traits entirely. The performance limitation of buried plastic pipe is related to deformation on which the selection of safety factor is based. The analysis of this paper is established in the deformation of plastic pipe. Based on the establishment of redundant structure and the simulation of laying pipelines by trenchless technology, the variation of deformation changing with the buried depth in various central factors and the sensitive factor contributing to pipe deformation will be got. The analysis fruits of the sensitive factor can be used to guide the design and construction of the government pipeline engineering.
