The Research To Chinese Atomic Bomb Project's Structure Of Talent

The project of Chinese atomic bomb is a model of the big science. Treatises exploring why this project achieve success are spectacular. Their angle concentrates mainly on politics, military, resource and so on. Those research mostly attempt to explain why Chinese atomic bomb project succeeds in macroscopic angle. This thesis explores why the project succeeds from the new angle of structure of trained personnel. Firstly,it defines the concept of talents and composition of trained personnel;secondly,investigates talents of the Chinese atomic bomb project base upon the theory of composition of trained personnel. The paper analyzes the project's type structure, knowledge structure and age structure in detail;thirdly,summarizes the character and function of the composition of trained personnel;in the end,gives some suggestions to PLA talents troop development,provides the theoretic guide for drawing up our Army talents strategy in the new historical period. Through studying,the author obtain some theoretic and realistic significance; conclude that project of any great science and techniques must include managerial talents, staffs, scientists, technologists and skill talents. This kind of structure which made up of five teams can be called the harmonious composition of trained personnel.
