Development Of Integrated Automation System In 110kV Substation Of Enterprise

In this paper, 110kV Substation of Shaoguan smelter 300Kt Pb-Zn project is discussed. According to the development situation of the technology of substation integrated automation system inland and aboard, to meet the requirement of the substation, the 110kV substation of enterprise integrated automation system is designed and constructed. During the developing course of the system, major job has been done by follows:Firstly, according to the local situations of the power system and the demand of Shaoguan smelter 110kV substation integrated automation system, the design principal of system is put forward; the selection of suitable hardware, the design of software and network, all of these makeup the basal structure of substation integrated automation system; the compartmentalization of the system logistic layers makes the system logistic structure and the function of the structure clearly. Secondly, some key technologies of software in the substation integrated automation system have been deeply researched and developed, these key technologies include: data sampling technology based on multithreading, high capability of multi-database system, the software of intellectualized electrical simulate drawing, the software of system supervising, these key technologies are all developed combine the developing situation of the technology with the local requirement to make the software fit for the system, the development of software makes an important effect in the process of building the system. Finally, using with RS-485 field bus and Ethernet to build up the network of system, to implement the information communicate and data exchange on the network. The hardware and software of the system were composed to make up the integrated automation system, to realize system operation and supervise. By all these work, the Shaoguan smelter 110kV substation integrated system has been built up in safe, steadily, economic ways.Now, the system has been applied in the factory. The running state indicates that the system not only in accurate control, smart response control and reliable data transmit, but also easy to operate, extend and maintain, and it satisfies with the requirements of substation.
