The Study On The Planning And Design Of New Rural Landscape

Rural landscape, which fuses highly with natural environment and human culture, andpossesses of four valuable attributes: ecological, economical, aesthetic and cultural.Comparing with the urban landscape, there are less human interferences, more extensiveland and low density of population in the rural landscape. And the most characteristic ofcountryside is the larger agricultural scenery and pastoral lifestyle. Along with theurbanization and the rapid development of new socialist countryside in China, the changeof living conception of rural residents has brought rural areas into a great change.Meanwhile, we should also understand that it has emerged a good many of problems incourse of building a new countryside.The present article chooses the rural landscape as the object, bases on analyzing theproblems arising from the constructions, and concludes the reasons of these problemsappeared. It mainly discusses the spatial changes, development of the local persons, changeof the rural landscape pattern and the varieties of agricultural scenery in rural areas on thebasis of the characteristic analysis of traditional gathering space distribution. In view of thecurrent ambiguous definition of building small town and a new socialist countryside afterputting forward the slogan, this paper describes the conception of small town, moreoverdefines new countryside notion with the previous theory researches. From the combinativepoint of view for the urban planning, landscape and architecture, the study initially builds anew framework of new rural landscape environment, thus forming a new combinedcountryside landscape network system with "point, line, ring, corridor, garden and forest",and establishing a dynamic greenbelt system for village and small towns, in order tomacroscopically control their space layout and development, connect villages with villages,besides towns with towns. It can come into being a well ecological environment, and itplays a useful complementary role for urban ecological environment system, so as to createa real Rural-Urban Continuum ecological environment system from "space". Consideringthe importance of typical space landscape in forming rural landscape intent, such as street,square, architecture, the paper tries to expound typical space which plays an important rolein the formation of new rural landscape, along the design idea of "from macro-control tomicrocosmic plan", for drawing conclusions in the end, for offering the current newcountryside construction the guidance and reference functions, and solving the blank statein the aspect of landscape environment theory during this construction.General speaking, the paper makes the innovations: combining modem landscape design theory and traditional village features, forming a new rural landscape framework,building a dynamic greenbelt system for villages and small towns, besides using theseideas into a new socialist landscape planning, design and changing the previousspontaneous traits of village construction, for constructing modern new rural landscapewith country, national, local and historical characteristics. Therefore, the local persons canenjoy their modern life; also revisit the former beautiful pastoral days, in order to presentthe graceful appearance of new socialist countryside to the whole world.
