Research On Rural Landscape Planning And Design Under The Mode Of "Rural Complex"

Rural construction has always been a key area of national focus,especially since it reflects the course of social development.Rural construction is an important cornerstone of social and economic development.Today,the revitalization of rural areas is the general trend.With the different stages of social development,the village is also in transition.With the development of the society,the "rural complex" emerged as a new concept for the integrated development of urban and rural integration.Since the introduction of the policy,its construction has swept the country.In order to better improve the related research in the field of rural complexes,this article has carried out the current policies,theories and domestic and foreign research progress related to rural complexes through literature research,multidisciplinary comprehensive research,field research,and inductive deduction.The systematic review summarizes the background and significance of the rural complex.A comprehensive analysis of several examples of rural complexes at home and abroad is carried out,and the experience and methods that can be used for reference are summed up.These form into a guiding basis for the previous theory.Combining the relevant theories and design methods of rural landscape planning and design,and taking landscape design,landscape ecology,environmental psychology,agricultural economics,etc.as the theoretical basis,the author tries to build a rural landscape planning and design system under the "rural complex" model.It puts forward the design guidance composed of foundation,core and purpose,and the design principles of people-oriented,ecological priority,and serving the three agriculture: agriculture,agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It also elaborates five detailed design strategies and planning and site selection conditions in environment,economy,culture,and location and divides the space into 8 functional areas as: rural agricultural production areas,idyllic landscape viewing areas,modern agricultural industrial parks,popular science education and pastoral experience areas,leisure and entertainment activities areas,leisure and entertainment activities areas,rural living and living areas,basic service supporting areas,derivative industry development areas,etc.Finally,based on the above research theoretical results,an analysis of the "Mulan Bamboo Sea" rural complex project base in Wuhan,Hubei Province is made,and the corresponding planning and design positioning,planning design strategy,specific design content and functional planning layout are proposed to complete the rural complex village landscape design.
