| With the reform and opening policy, China's national economy has entered a new period of development, all the country is to seize the good opportunities to develop market economy, so that a lot of national construction materials and people daily necessities swarm into railway lines, resulting in transport volume increased sharply but the transport capacity can not meet the demand. Especially transport volume of out-of-gauge goods (commonly known as audio) increased over the years. Some large state-invested projects, such as large factories, power plants equipment, and imports of foreign equipment which are always weight, high and wide, it is quite difficult for transporting, and each one is bound to affect the transport capacity; Under the circumstances of Inadequate investment and transport capacity, in order to increase and expand potential capacity, we have taken various measures but ignored the impact of important factors ~ large goods transport. Therefore research of out-of-gauge and overweight vehicles transportation becomes urgent matter on the current agenda.Against this background, this article, based on the theory of out-of-gauge and overweight goods and rail transport organizations, exploringly researches the effect of speed-limited cull-hang trains and intercross-prohibited trains on the railway transportation capacity; attempts to provide theoretical support for daily transportation management of the whole out-of-gauge and overweight vehicles; attempts to make a viable, scientific transport programme for out-of-gauge and overweight vehicles so that can enhance out-of-gauge and overweight goods' speed and efficiency of transport and reduce their interference.First, analyzing the concept of the railway transport capacity, finally it adopts the concept that railway transport capacity is the interzone capacity and railway shopping capacity, and concludes calculatingly equation of the interzone capacity and railway shopping capacity.Then analyzing and synthesizing the existing transport regulations and organizations of out-of-gauge and overweight goods. Trimming and analyzing the past years flow of out-of-gauge and overweight goods and the existing out-of-gauge and overweight vehicles operating conditions.Latterly, based on the analysis of the deducting factor with passenger train, it advances the formula for the effect on the interzone capacity of speed-limited cull-hang trains and intercross-prohibited trains. With drawing on the views and theories of some experts, it designs the formula for the effect on railway shopping capacity of speed-limited cull-hang trains and intercross-prohibited trains. Then, according to t the past years flow of out-of-gauge limits and overweight goods, calculated year-averaged waste of railway transport capacity by out-of-gauge limits and overweight goods of Shanghai Railroad Administration.Finally, combining with the railway organization plans and train operation, through compare of technical economy, it advocates practical and scientific transport programme for out-of-gauge limits and overweight vehicles in order to reduce the transport interference and to enhance the delivery speed and transport efficiency of out-of-gauge limits and overweight goods. |
