Research On The Integration The Geology Disaster Governs And Land Utilization Of Chongqing City

There are many geological disasters in the earth's surface, with the rapid development of urbanization,the city town has been devloping towards the past non-built areas, geological disaster land as a special parts among the contradicdtion between the land supply and demand has the value of developing, and it integrate the disaster management and land-use, with reasonablely rebuilding this method is not only a new field of mountainous town's developing but also a important content of modern city planning , the study aims to offer the operational models for the land's transformation of geological disaster, it's also explore the strategy of integration in order to avoid the disaster and achieve the maximize reasonable use, moreover, this research has the value to explore the integrated management and development of the geological disaster area in china mountainous'town.Integral management and utilization of geological disasters'land is a new idea of geological disaters'prevention and management, which based on the development of the mountainous town, and under the macro control of the land-using planning. It overcomes various disadvantages which caused by disasters'management and land-using planning when they are separately implemented. There are many examples in Chongqing city. However, the theoretical study of using is still comparative weak and the knowledge on this aspect is also limited.This paper bases on the rapid development of Chongqing's urbanization and the backgeround of overall reduced disaster, the author learning from the theory of geological disaster and urban planning, simply clarifying the present status integral management, utilization and clearly analysize the mountainous town's urban planning. This paper emphasize on the countermeasures of the integral management and utilization, through analysize chongqing city's geological disaster and land-using and learn from the landfalls areas, bank of water reservoir, and weak geological area,clarifing the meaning, premise ,and countermeasure of this method, at the same time, the author use many specific examples for references , through analysizing subsequently sum up all the problemes that need to be paid attention to , in the last part , the author display his outlook to this method's development tendency.Although this paper is based on the Chongqing city but not exclusively targeted at it, Chongqing's typical experience has its own referential value for other mountainous town, hoping this paper can offer some theoretical basis and utilized references for practice.
