According to the statistic, building energy consumption accounts for 30% in current overallenergy consumption. Even the number is increasing with the development of society andeconomic. China paid more attention to building energy conservation from 1980s, anddefinite harvest was obtained through lots of work. But building energy conservation status inhot summer/cold winter zones is worse. Of course, the complexity and discommodiousoperation of the energy conservation standard is one of the main reasons. Ever more, thebuilding energy conservation in JiangXi province is locating at underway level, and now,simulation and analyses on thermal performance and energy consumption in air-conditioningbuilding was not done yet.This paper established thermal environment simulated model, simulated and analyzedthermal performance and energy of air-conditioning building in Nanchang. Heat balancemethod is adopted for its preponderance, and four child models were built, such as the outsideheat balance model of exterior wall, heat transfer model, the inside heat balance model ofexterior wall, the air heat balance model in the room. At last, building thermal performancewas gained by means of building model in turn and calculating in-phase. In order to assure themodels, each child model was optimized, and validated by ANSI/ASHRAE Standard140-2004. At the same time, this paper accounted and analyzed all kinds of models, such as24 type wall and 37 type wall, and their response coefficient was calculated. Based on theenergy analysis model of air-conditioning building, the heat performance and the energy ofone-room building and magic-square building was simulated and analyzed.This paper finished one part of the reach"the reach of assistant system for the buildingenergy conservation standard in JiangXi provice". In the coming research, the model will bemore perfected, and analyzed synthetically, that provide technique support for building energyconsumption in Nanchang. |
