The twenty-first century characterizes itself of hi-techs and perceptual consumption. Products not only bear the simple sense of being functional, but function more as one medium of individuality, new cultures and concepts, demonstrating people's pursuit of new lifestyles and consumption concepts. Therefore, products involve a complex system .Product Traditional methods of product design positioning and evaluation involve mainly take the qualitative form, involving great subjective experiences, thus lacking accuracy and objectivity.So it leads naturally to the conclusion that product design is now in urgent need of scientific concepts and methods that can solve complex system problems. The computer techniques should be used as the basic tool and technological fundamentals in the complex information processing.Firstly, system views and system design concept of the product should be fostered, followed by the establishment of reasonable system design procedures.Secondly, On the basis of network, database, multivariate statistical analysis techniques and Kansei Engineering, the thesis puts forward the psychology kansei image positioning model of the product system design and the comprehensive evaluation model of the design schemes. Also the quantitative method used for the design positioning and evaluation is established, which takes the network investigation and research as the method, and the statistical software SPSS as the calculation tool.And the quantitative method for the product system evaluation based on fuzzy math and MATLAB is created, enabling the improvement of the system design positioning and evaluation methods from being qualitative to quantitative.So this research gives a new way to supporting Quantitative Method for Orientation and Evaluation of Product System Design.
